Hi fellas.

Paul and I have just got back from the hall, nothing to bother about really...Lucy is going to send an e mail copy to me of all that was said but basically this is it.

Start date next meet Mothers day 14th March.

Last meet 17th October.

New start date for 2011 to be sorted later in the year.

Nobody to arrive before 9.30 a.m.

No blank firers until after 10 a.m.

No dogs.

Any children must be kept under supervision, and not allowed near the stream, for their own safety.

Parking.
Once the parking in the area through the gate and around the building is full tanks can be dropped off at the running area and then cars parked back up the lane at the coach parking area.

Numbers of people attending the meetings is to remain the same, due to parking restrictions, any potential new members wishing to join in should contact me via P.M. or e mail, total members including Vincent and Roy's lad stands at 11.
Think thats it.
Cheers Paul

Hi Paul
Ta for meeting the lady of 'The House'. sounds like we have got a good year of tanking coming up thanks to your diplomacy.
I can't make 14th so someone else can have my place if needed.
Have a good one.
Hope to see you all on the 28th.
Regards to all
Dunc

Paul,

That was a part we missed off the list, it is strictly Verboten to go in the sand pits on the nature walk! They have been placed there to capture animal paw, hoof and foot prints and not tiger tank tracks. wonder who that was
