Hi Norbert

Making stencils is fairly simple for the tactical numbers.

i would go for the dave dibbs "Armorpax" stencils.
They are superb and he has a size that suits all sizes of the different styles the germans used....he helped me alot for the 503.abt.
Thnx again Dave btw:)

If you can or air brush em they are the best.

Decals just dont get as authentic as if you paint them yourself :)

Hi Norbert, I just finished my tactical number on my Tiger1. The dacals I found have not been the right sice and not the right colours. So finaly I had some experiance with decals on my small Tamiya. Very accurate but there is still the stickers corner to see and under some angles you can see the reflextion of the full size of the sticker. I agree with Freddie, air brushing is best. OK you need a steady hand for all the different steps of making the stencil. sticking and removing it.

Here are my results for a better view of what was received :

As you see I'm using small instruments like a sharp scalpell. Hope this may help you starting with the figures you like.
