Hi Richie,

Yes I got a text at four this morning saying they had completed the weld repairs, I just acknowledged it, turned over and when back to sleep in my nice and worm bed!!! 8)

But don't worry, if I still have a job at Carnforth after April in the next round of Stalinist cuts, then I will be out with you lot more often

Meant to ask, did you manage to get home unscathed on Black Eye Friday, or didn't you go out with the lads?

Hi Richie,

I know, I saw the broken plates come through, unlucky that! But just think about all the extra money you have made, and more to the point, you have made Nige and me look good as well! I can put on my report tomorrow, one of my patrolling teams found the broken plates, and then my tired but dedicated maintenance team stay on after their shift to rectify the defect with no delays are accrued :D

Not sure when the next running meet is, but we should be alright after the 1st Feb, that's the end of the shooting season.

1/4 scale, hope he's bought a bigger van, but good luck to him!
