Lost the spirit

Post by Sven Strobbe »

Guys

Is it bad times...?
Murphy's law...?
It isn't my week.First my girlfriend left me, wich broke my hart.
At the end of the week i will have my last day of work (again).
So no more extra money to spend.
And the week after next i have to turn in my drivers liscence for 15 days...

I was looking forward to go to Germany to the archives.I still go but its not going to be so much fun anymore...
My trip to the States wich we planned is down the drain.
And building the KT is on stop till...? ? ?

Things aren't looking good for the moment and my positivety in life is gone...

Sven

Hello Sven

In my life I have noticed that one thing always comes along. This is as one door closes another one opens.
A glass is half full and not half empty.

Dont hit me so early in the morning with those negative waves.
Listen carefully i shall say this only once.
If its not broke dont fix it.

Sven,
Sorry to hear about the loss of the GF and job. That can really get you down. Now you have some time to work on models! But like Lee states so clearly, something goes, something else will come along. Now is good time to think about what you really want to do in life! Focus on your health, friends and interests. Do things that feed your self esteem, don't dwell on the things that hurt - they will pass.

I know these are only words, but I have been in your situation and know all too well how it feels.
Take care,
Bob

Hi Sven,

I'm sorry to hear you are down.

Life has a strange, and sometimes unpleasant way of, as Lee put it "opening new doors". Chin up! You have family and friends and those of us who know you here who support you. I've been there too and lived to tell about it.

Best wishes
Tim

Sven,

You cannot know joy with out sorrow. The pain you know now is so you may appreciate happiness fully later. You could not understand bliss without misery, accepting this will hopefully ease your suffering just to know it, like everything else, this will to end my friend.

Jim

PS, think of all the guys who couldnt afford an Armotek tank for example :D

Guys

Thanks for the support...
Althou it isn't the first time it happened to me i can't get used to the pain.
Also know that after rain comes sunshine.
Time heals wounds...
At the moment the building is on hold, can't set my mind to it...
First i have to clear my mind and then i can go on...

Again thanks guys and hope soon to be back with more pleasant news

Sven

Man thats sad to hear Sven. I feel with all my heart for you mate.

Speaking from my own experiense, when you are at the bottom of the abyss. It aint easy to rise up and feel happy always.
But its doable, but hard and sometimes a long road to travel.

Loosing your job and GF at the same time.
That kinda knocks you off your feet, as i daid i feel for you.
Take the time you have to build to ease your mind off a bit.

Regards
Freddie

Time is against me for now...
Everything is on hold for now, can't seem to concentrate on anything...
When the time is ripe i'll start building again...

Thanks for the reply.

Sven,

It gets better with time...
A change of environment might help.
Get away from things that remind you of your situation.
Sleeping used to help me. Allowed my mind to work through things.
