Mid Tiger 1 wheel spacers
Hi..I am maching the wheel spacers on my mid Tiger 1 to give more clearance to adjacent wheels/tyres..Is there any reason why all of the spacers cannot simply be machined to be parallel down their entire length rather then stepped etc?..thanx..Mark

Hi Mark
I machined mine down to 30mm diameter, which is about the same as the shoulder on the back of the wheel. This cures the problem of them fouling the adjacent wheels/tyres. I think if you turned them down all the way you would find the outer wheels wobbly. I took a couple of pics which probably show my point better than I have explained it.

Hope this helps

I have personally given up hope that politicians who never experienced war first hand will ever realise that war is the worst of all possible alternatives.
