Chwat
In summer 1944, Warsaw rebelled to german occupiers. During the fierce battles also one Hetzer was seized by the Underground Polish Army and was renamed, CHWAT. This is its reconstruction in scale 1:6 to the best possible accuracy, even if some details could not be manufactured ex-novo. The camouflage pattern has been reproduced spot by spot, according to the available sources in the Web.

Re: Chwat
Thanks. It was a nightmare as I could not deviate from real documentation as only one Hetzer was employed during Warsaw rebellion.

Re: Chwat
A great looking model. It's always good to see one based on a specific example.

Re: Chwat
Thanks. Nowadays its is somewhat easier to collect information on the past, but it is very challenging because you become eventually obsessed with the details. I built for scratch the exaust pipe system but sadly the idle wheel was to difficult to make it new. It is a compromise with what can be done.
