Hi Andre, are you not gonna install two decker support brackets?
Good and quick building & painting (including the vivid red interior).
Cheers,

Hi Chang,
Yes, I will ... just thought it might be easier to put everything in than to hurt myself with the supports

Re: Pz 87 Leo of the Swiss Army
Today, I successfully programmed the TX (Futaba FX-32) and the drives work ... first time in my life to program mixers on the Futaba
I will now go on with the installation of the electronics and of course the final assembly of the wheels and tracks!
Cheers, Andre

Re: Pz 87 Leo of the Swiss Army
Over the last couple of days, I have been trying to sort out the layout for the sound and RC components. For my loudspeaker (JVC, 230W), I have built a box made out of MDF 10mm, rather flat but 50cm wide. I will use the USM-RC3 by Beier Electronics for the sound and a 500W amplifier (not many at 24 volts available).
The amplifier as well as the RC components will rest on a tray made of 3mm fibre sheet. The black parts are aluminium profiles I had in my hobbyroom since long time. They will be fixed using welcro as well as the sound box.
Cheers Andre

Loving the speaker and amp. How have you connected it to the amp. Very interesting. Should have a rich deep boom when the main gun is fired.

Re: Pz 87 Leo of the Swiss Army
Hallo zusammen,
