Badges for series 1

Post by Tim Whitehead »

Hi to all on the forum. After watching Tony’s latest YouTube build video, he mentioned that he was able to source some series 1 badges via the forum. If it’s still possible, I would like to obtain some for my build. If they are still available, any information as how I might be able to get some would be greatly appreciated.

I know that Vince Cutajar was designing some ….

However, historically, there are several types, mentioning Solihull or Birmingham, and adding UK or not. And vehicles built for export had different ones again ! So, as usual, it’s all in the research
Mark IV (Liesel, Abteilung 14, France 1918)
M3 Lee (25 Dragoons, Burma 1944)
Universal Carrier (2/Wiltshires, Italy 1944)
Panther (Deserter, 145 RAC, Italy 1944)
Centurion Mk 3 (8KRIH, Korea 1950/51)
Morris Quad, 25-pdr & limber (45RA, Korea 1951)

I also echo what Simon said. As I don't have a 3D printer or any design ability.

Hi Folks.

Just to say, as they do in the cartoons.

"Th th th that's all folks"

Yes, all the badges have now gone to new homes.

Take care.
