JagdPanther G2 Robert 2024

Post by Robert Tanzer »

What a wonderful day it is today, the sun is shining and beautiful weather I have.
What could be better? Yes, a shipment from Armortek. 4 boxes of my JagdPanther arrive today.
A Big thank you to everyone at Armortek, for their fine work on this model.
Tomorrow the fun starts, then I will spend more of my time in my mancave.

A very happy Robert.

Now the fun begins.
Clean all pieces with IPA and some light sanding, before Etch primer.

Have washed and primed the chassis.
Started by making brass bushings for the suspension assembly.
I do love to work with brass, in my opinion brass is a wonderful material to work with.

Have a nice day to you all.

Fantastic work Robert ... you know I fancy with a kit ... is it mandatory to do this or just for your individual improvements ???

Maybe I am stupid about this .. my Leopard kit comes with ball bearings whereever you might think off ... great stuff !!!

Cheers, Andre

Hello Andre
This is not mandatory, I do it because I think it's an improvement.
And I enjoy working with brass.

Hello Andre,

I thought the brass bushings are made from the Armortek factory because my panther A have the brass bushings.
Best regards Yves
