Hi there,
I have been attempting to fit the main deck to the body of the tank but have found that my fingers are either to fat and to short to successfully fix a nut to the screw going through the bracket at each side at the front of the tank.
As shown in the photo attached I have used M3 nut rivets which provid a captive nut.
So much easier to fit the main deck.

Good Idea. I had the same problem and considered pem nuts. I settled on soldering nuts to the bottom side of the brackets. I did this in multiple locations on this tank and many others.

Nothing wrong with rivnuts, just don't tighten right up until your happy its not coming off again. If one spins, they can be rather fun to remove...
