Since I do not have a lathe, what would be the next best option on how to chamfer the TIGER 1 Sprocket Rings? Hand file? Grinder? Something else?

Hi Larry and Happy New Year.

Use a hand file. You only need to break the sharp edges at the top of each tooth.
