Lift off engine deck just about finished just need to do the sledge hammer and track tensioner tool brackets on the rear section . I'm very happy with how it turned out Dale

Hi Dale looks much better, tricky but well worth doing. I shall be watching to see how you do the latch, that is still on my never ending to do list.
Regards Dave.

Another great pick up from Dave about recessing the head light brush guard . I just drilled in enough with 8mm drill bit . Then bottom it out with a end mill bit of the same size I'm not using bolts I'll just back fill with car filler and fake weld around the base . Dale

One done two to go . Dale
I like to prime detail parts as I go , because when you try and spray them when they are on the hull you get to much build up paint around the part trying to get coverage . This way when I paint the hull plates you can just work on them with worrying about the small bits Dale

This is my mini sanding block just paddle pop sticks cut to any size and glued together then the sand paper is glued and cut to size after being glue onto the bottom .. Great for sanding up close to parts as the wooden sides don't scratch any thing . Dale
Doesn't look flash but give it a go .

I'm looking at the idea of replicating the webbing detail on the suspension arm . It's the only part of the kit that bugs me . Dale
