Chris and I had a discussion about Panthers at the weekend and, given my love I'd all things Sherman based, I've decided to go ahead with the somewhat strange project of a Panther converted to an ersatz M10.
Throw away all the hull tools, fittings and the cupola and weld lots of flat plates to the hull and turret. Getting the fake transmission case is probably the hardest part,so that might start off as a 3d printed part.
