Hi Guys

What are the six countersunk holes for in the lower hull floor for especially since CEO104 and CEO173 cover two of them up.

Are they there to confuse a noob?

thanks

Bob

A photo would have helped.
I can only hazard a guess that they are for the six pillars supporting the battery tray. If I remember correctly these pillars and battery tray came with the motion pack.

p.s. Do I get a reward for guessing correctly?

Hi Vince

Here is a photo of my hull lower plate.

I have an awful queasy feeling that I have once again fundamentally misunderstood something like I have the plate upside down!!

thanks

Bob

The latest instructions I have for the Tiger is the 2012 Late, and there are six holes in the floor for the battery tray, which is supplied with the motion pack, but they are not covered by the circular access hatches (CE0104) and CE0173 isn't listed in the manual.

Hmmm the plot thickens.

Hi.

The six holes are as Vince said earlier, for the battery tray standoffs. The late Tiger kit has one round and one rectangular plate. Its best to await mounting these plates until you have the motion pack 😉

So I guess that my guess was correct.

Armortek might have shifted the position of the battery tray or may have changed it's size.
