Very nice, and the best looking track pattern too! This model is going to be awesome. 8)

Model currently has 1,179 parts - with 221 unique parts. That number will change slightly as the model is finalised.

I noticed the welded(?) areas on the track link, could you enlighten me please.

Hi Charles,
The track pins were held in place by short bars welded across the hole openings. The bar is visible on one side and ground off on the other to remove the pin.
