Sasha
I'm getting ready to machine some of those small tabs myself. I've had pretty good luck machining thin sheet by stacking multiple pieces and then sandwich it down with a cap piece. As long as the thin parts are held down securely they machine ok. Would like to see pix of your set up.
Best regards,
Bob

Sasha,
Vacuum table and high RPM would work great. My mill only go to 6000 rpm, so I try the sandwhich of plates. Your details are looking great. Looking forward to seeing more progress on your JT!

Hi Sascha,
Will you make more and sell it as after-market item? I certainly will be a buyer.

wow FANTASTIC door mechanism! Nice work! I don't have a JT, but this is one of those "essential" details.
