Floor orientation and mounting

I am about to install the floor in my Panzer III.
The floor has four holes.
1. What is the orientation of the floor based on the holes? Do the holes in the middle go towards the front as noted in my picture?
2. What are the holes for? It appears that most people secure the electrical components and battery with Velcro.
3. What holds the Floor (CL0719) to the Suspension bars (CL0109 and CL0111)?
I appreciate any help and guidance

Hello Les,
The holes on the back are for the smoker, the other 2 holes i dont know.
I ignore all these holes and make my own layout. You can follow stug build on the forum.
To secure the battery tray on the suspensionbars i made 3 supports, drill holes for M4 bolts

Hope this helps.
Best regards Yves

Yves,
Thank you for sharing.
Do the bolts that hold your battery tray go through to the supports and secure the floor?
Or, do the bolts secure the battery tray to the floor and the floor just slides into place?
I see no examples of builders securing the floor to the Suspension Bars.
Is it necessary to secure the floor?
Thanks again,
Les

Hello Les,
I put 2 countersink bolts M4 in each support through the bottom
and 2 countersink M4 bolts through the batterie tray in each support.
I fix the bolts only in the 3 supports, not in the suspension bars.
So the total of bolt used 6 through the hull into the supports and 6 bolts through the batterie tray into the supports.
Best regards Yves
