UC Batteries - new Knowledge Base Topic

The UC will be the first Armortek model to use a Lithium Polymer battery.

They are safe but they must be handled correctly, operated within limits and importantly, a proper balanced charger needs to be used. If mishandled, LiPo can suffer a thermal runaway, resulting in an intense and toxic fire, which could destroy the model and cause injury and loss.

This New Knowledge Base topic covers what you need to know to operate LiPo batteries safely.

LiPo batteries are great. I use them all the time with my gas r/c airplanes and r/c rock crawlers.

What battery specs are you running with the UC?

Does this mean that the UC option packs are now available?

I also use LiPo's in Airsoft and smaller RC vehicles and as you say they do require correct and safe handling.

Does this mean that the UC will be the first Armortek that is not 24v.

Cheers
