These are the ones I will use this Saturday when I visit Armortek, they are from E Bay item number 160279677846.
I had to cut a little bit away at the top to fit my Rover 25 rear cill and make a platform to fit in the car with the rear seats down.
They then fold up and fit down the sides between the platform and rear wheel arches.

Nick,

I had this problem with the wheelchair ramps I bought and the Tiger 1. In the end I turned them over and glued some course sand paper to the rear face of the ramps. The tank climbs them easily but one does not have the safety of and edge.

I use a pair of these from Ebay - Item number 270272530630

Note you need to buy a pair so it's about a £100 including carriage.

I have worried about needing to tie them together somehow so that they are more stable but the Sherman is narrow enough that they sit side by side anyway.

There's no lip on the edge to prevent the tank sliding off but that does mean there's no problem with wider tracked vehicles.

Adrian.

I have this type. Very good one.
Use a rug on the top end to protect my car's skin.

I had to buy a bigger car instead of the ramps ;).
My vw transporter will now fit my KT.
Just kidding.
Im already using ramps for my garden tools and machines in work and they look similar to Changs.
So i think they will do just fine.
I want more Closeup pics of the prototypes KT Mark and Gill!!!!.
So i can sleep well and have nice dreams hihi.

Best to all you Tankers out there

Freddie
