TOW ROPE
The drawing for the tow rope shows it at 400mm long,( ie 2.4mmtrs full size). The rope mounting pins are 224.5mm apart so the rope cannot be looped round them. Does anyone know what the length the tow rope should be?

Thank you for replying to me query. I actually made one this afternoon about 30" long so it would loop between the two posts.

Hi Graham
Forgot the Armortek PzIV was a late model. My first pictures was for a Ausf A to E with two tow ropes. Ausf F-J had a single tow rope with brackets closer together as you show. However the tow rope was the same length as the earlier ones. About 37" in 1:6 scale and fits as shown below. Hope this helps, but may not be worthwhile making another longer rope.
