Got mine today. I have never had the opportunity to build anything like this and have been waiting a couple of years for the right model. Since the announcement of the re-release of the Stug I've been doing a little research into what theatre of the war I'm going to base it.

Happy for you Steen.
I will follow this build very closely.
Today must be like the day before Christmas.

This morning I picked up the boxes at work and put them in the car
Just need the day to go fast

and then home and unpack to do the inventory check.
First impression of the boxes is a WELL DONE Armortek. Boxes are of high quality, very firm and not a single spot of transportation damages so a big thanks to UPS also
Sorry for the shaky second picture, but the cart was loose as it is quite windy here this morning

thanks Phil - I will post regulary and the fist set of pictures are of the unpacking
Really really well packed and a pleasure to dig into the "popcorn" searching for treassures

After all that fun, I poured all of the popcorns into 1 of the boxes and gently handfull by handfull move the popcorns into the empty box, making sure no small items was hidden in it.
Everything was layed on the floor to get an impression of the parts and there are a lot of parts as you can see.
My wife has 8 (same as the certificate number) as her lucky number so now she feels the StuG is a shared tank

Well - lets see about that

Started putting together the 2 tracks with 92 links on each side. Used about 3.5 hours to put them together and still need an hour or so to finetune the pins around the splitpins.
As you can see at the picture with my fingers - you do get at little "grey-metal primed" during this
