Hi Fellas.
Please accept my apologies i know this is in the wrong place but i need to attract some attention, first of all thanks to all those who regularly attend our small meetings i know we are way up north but our numbers have been dwindling a bit

what we have is a totally free of charge running ground} all we have to do is say thanks to the owners by turning out this next weekend for the craft fair and the next fair to come, i have posted this on the events but so far only Richie and i are up for it? Paul Wills has supplied some much needed poles and barrier tape but we need a few more bods with tanks to commit to what can be a great venue, so come on and have a day out with the lads at Leighton Hall Sat and Sun 6th and 7nth September. Just remember to let me know who wants to come along so that i can let the owners know numbers... hopefully more than 2!
Cheers Lads.

Paul,
I see you are running into the same problem I had when trying to sort a regular running day at Peter Shaw's. Initially there was a good response but then things tailed of fairly rapidly. I notice you run pretty regulary (every two weeks weather permitting??) I went for one meeting every month and tried to make it a regular 2nd Saturday of the month, so everyone would get to know when it was on. Interest during the summer did wane a little due to holidays and other shows, but I think if you can get a regular core of say 4-6 you will be doing well. I would love to come but its 273 miles from my house to Blackpool Tower!!!
See you at the open day.

I think the main reason for attendence tailing off has been the weather and of coarse people going on holiday

Hi Fellas.
Thanks for the replies, i just did not want us to let ourselves down by not having a good attendance this coming wekend, looks as though we are now going to be in front of the hall

{best behavour chaps} ha ha. As i said i will be there both days and Vinnie and i will be there early Sat to put up the poles and barrier tape, and find out from the organiser just where he wants us, do any of you think you might manage both days??
Fingers crossed for the weather thanks Paul

Hi Paul,
In my previous job I used to visit BAE Systems at Warton near St Annes about once a week but that stopped about a year ago when I changed jobs. I would like to make the pilgrimage though. Perhaps we can discuss at the open day.

Hi Paul,
Just looking at the forecast for the weekend and it looks like the usual showery conditions

. I remember you mentioning you had a large Gazebo that could be used

. Is this still the case as it would save us dashing for cover in our cars everytime it starts raining
Also what time do you want us there on Sunday
Thanks Antony
