New muzzle brake

Given the interest aroused and the orders already received, I thought it appropriate to create a specific topic for the muzzle brake.
After corrections and modifications, this is the definitive model.
It is 3D printed with a machine that uses nylon as a material. It is a very resistant and easy to handle material to work with. I used the "Tiger Info 1" dimension and saw many photos, so it should be like the original. I also created a piece of ribbed cane to insert. It is composed of 6 pieces. Only a light sanding with thin paper and therefore 1/2 passes with putty spray is necessary to eliminate small lines.

Hello Ivano
You have created a wonderful looking muzzle brake.
Can you tell me is this the large type found on early and mid production Tiger 1 or the smaller type found on late Tiger 1 and Tiger 2.
Regards
Steve

Hi Steve,
if the information and measurements I found and used are correct, this is for Tiger1 at the beginning and in the center.
You can notice the differences in these photos
The first on the left is the original Armortek, the second is that of F.O.A.( late and Tiger II)
the third on the right is mine.
I'm not sure if the barrel lines rotate left or right.
On a 1/6 scale, the difference is almost imperceptible, however at the moment I provide both DX and SX. When I am sure, I will only deliver the correct one.

I have just received my muzzle brake from Ivano and would highly recommend it, a superb piece of 3D printing that will add greatly to the look of my Tiger when finished.
The finished 3D print is excellent and does not appear to need any further work.

Ivano is there any chance that you can supply the rifeling for the Chieftain muzzle? 8)

Hi Phill,
the translator doesn't help me, I don't understand what it is.
Can you post a photo?
Thank you!

Phil, it shouldn't be a problem,
however it is necessary to have all the measures: length, diameter, thickness, number of lines, a drawing to understand how it fits on the gun barrel and so on. If someone takes responsibility for going to the museum and taking these measures or if they already have it, I can try.
Ciao!

I have ordered a Muzzle Brake from Ivano, and look forward to receiving it. His work is great, and he is very trustworthy to do business with. I’ll advise everyone of my thoughts once I get it. I’m glad someone is working hard to correct so many deficiencies with these kits!

I spoke to David Byrden,
confirmed that the muzzle brake lines turn left (clockwise). The new muzzle brakes that will be ordered, as I have already anticipated, will only have this piece. Those who have already purchased them now know which one to assemble.
Thank you Ivano
