I am now a fully paid up member of the BLACK HAND GANG!
Finally made a wooden jig to assemble the links.
First 30 links connected in about half an hour,
Can the links be washed?
My mits are filthy!

Stewart,
You can easily wash the links in a strong solution of soap and water but I think you need to get used to dirty hands as building these models is real engineering, my mits are black after most modellin/construction sessions.

Soap and water, Acetone to remove oil, then soap and water again. But don't know if the pins will rust. I did the same for my tiger I new track links.

The best stuff that I use to clean and wash parts . Also to get ready to paint is from the auto paint shop ... It's ' Prep - wash ' .
