Hi all
Just finished my 3d printed 88mm tiger 1 turret gun interior and of the parts not used I sanded down one part to simulate the rifling at he end of the gun near the muzzle brake

Just need the final sanding to fit and then glue into place

Hi Mark

Yes - printed on my new Ender 3Pro - total print time took 65 hours. Its cut up into 4 major parts and assambled with a glue that melts parts together so its very very stable in the construction

Hello Steen!

Great Work! The part also has a good print quality.
Did you construct the part yourself?

Regards Michael

@Michael
I bought the CAD design as a whole gun unit including mantlet. This was then cut up as I do not need the 88mm outer part, but only the internal parts

@Robert
Thanks :-)

@Mark
Maybe the 88mm rifle plug - I am designing a rifleplug that fits directly into the barrel. The diameter is very close to 1.4cm om my armortek tiger 1 barrel, so will make it 1.4mm and then a little bit of sanding to make it fit if the barrel productions from the variuos production years if there are tolerence differences.

This part would cost about 6 pound incl filament, power and printer usage.

Great part Steen. I do not know much about 3d printing. Where do you buy the cad designs? Do they come in 1/6?

John
