We have now started planning for
Tiger Day on the 27th April 2019 as well as for
TankFest on the 28th & 30th June
Over the next couple of weeks we will work with the Museum to finalise some of the details around the running area/ attendance/ what sort of show we can put on/ etc.
If you would like to join us, either let us know in the thread below, or send us an email
Open to Armortek customers only.
EDIT: To join us you will need to bring an Armortek model with you and be prepared to run it during "show" times.
We have created a more formal method of registering - click on the link below to go to the event listing on a website called Eventbrite. You can register your interest there -

It might be worth while making three separate one day events for Tankfest, as not everyone goes for all three days, which may mean you are allocating full weekend tickets to people who may only be planning to attend for one day.

A good point however free tickets will only be allocated to customers who bring a model with them. At the moment it is not clear that tanks will be able to be brought to the running area and removed from the running area during the three days.
Once we get clarity on this then we will provide an update.

Evening all!
I’ve just registered for Tankfest and noticed that It only covers the 28th and 29th (Friday and Saturday) of June? Has anyone else noticed this?

I hadn't noticed, though the tickets will come from the Tank Museum, so it shouldn't matter.

Registration for TankFest will close on the 31st May. There are only 4 spots remaining.
Please note that in order to get one of our allocation of tickets:
1. You must be an Armortek Customer
2. You must bring at least 1 Armortek model with you and be prepared to run it several times a day over the weekend.
3. Help out to get the area organised at the start of the event and broken down at the end of the event.
Anything you are willing to bring to make the running area more interesting is welcome - let us know what this might be.
