Over the last few years we have brought out a whole series of kits as a direct result of your feedback - kits like the Pershing, JagdPanther, Hetzer, Leopard 2A4, and more recently the Sd Kfz 7, 88mm Flak 36 and the upcoming Challenger 2.
So, in keeping with what has become and annual tradition, here is your opportunity to once again influence our future production plans.
We have added in some "guide pricing" next to the names of the models. This is a rough estimate of the price at the current rates.
Thanks in advance for your input and we look forward to the results.
I buy LEDs at the usual electronics mail order companies. Red ones need approx. 20 mA (maybe 2.5 volts). A perhaps necessary pre-resistor for all voltages can be calculated choosing these two values with the basic formula of electricity (U = R * I).
Unfortunately I don't know Benedini modules. The Beier module allows to choose the output voltages for each exit.
With the Benedini TBS5 there were resistors included on the board but the Mini does not have them so you have to put external resistors in. The ultrabright 3mm leds are usually 2.5 volts and using the formula 50 x (Supply Voltage - Led voltage) = Required Resistor. So 50 X (5 - 2.5) = approx 125 ohms 1/8watt.
Hope this helps.
Just read Stephen's post and that's the company where I get my batteries, leds and resisIors from, very good prices.
Dennis.
