A quick question do i file these parts so that they fit flush or should this lip be there.

I think that is one of the pads that goes on the four corners of the Limber to support the big 'base wheel,' correct?
Based on photos in the thread Original Limber Pictures and in Armorpax Dave's build pictures, filed the edge flush and ground the back down a bit to thin the part... They look like they are made pouring resin into an open-backed mold. So they have a 'sprue' and a bit of extra depth.
Dave Dibbs maybe able to elaborate. But that's how I did mine.

File them off to a flat plate, that is the feed from the casting block.
