I have three choices;

Cut the tyres in half and slide them on and glue the ends together :lol:

Saw the inner rims off the wheels and slide the tyres on and then
araldite the inner rims back on :lol:

Or give up altogether and start building the towing unit :(

Last chance saloon take Gill up on her offer!

No inuendo :wink:

If you boil the tyres for about 15mins take them out of the water carefully and with the rims placed on a towel, push the tyres slowly over the rims, starting at one point and press down hard all the way around. To get the final part of the tyre onto the rim, gently prise with a flat screw driver blade. I used a set of barbeque tongues to get the tyres out of the water.

It does work and you soon get the knack. I've used this technique for the Flack 36 and the halftrack.

good luck

Colin

Hi Colin,
Thanks for your reply. Trouble is I am disabled and dont
have the physical strength :oops:

I phoned Gill who advised me to return them to Armotek and I
posted them off today.
