Idler Tension

Post by David Hopkins »

Tracks too loose, can't get any tension from the idler tensionbar screw through brass washer because it moves backwards and forwards, any advice.

Also my smoke machine has been wired in but keeps blowing the 5 amp fuse, any ideas why?

Sound Unit - first stated driving tank and sound was OK then suspension sagged because I did not file flats on suspension bars (at time didn't know) tracks came loose and sound stopped, is there any ideas why?

Hello David

First thing is to take the tracks off and then the wheels. You have to dismantel the suspension and set up as per Instrucutions depending on tank. You have to file a flat on both ends enough to get a good purchase by the screws. Then you set the tracks up to suit.
On the sound system you seem to have a short some where and you have to program the sound module into the transmitter for it to work. Hope this works. If need further advice contact me via phone number on my website.
