Perhaps Chris is referring the King Tiger?

I could get on board with a KT. Give me 18 teeth sprockets, I've got an Octopus itch to scratch.

Well, Pz VII (schwerer Löwe) would also be an interesting model, but didn't exist in reality. At Hausen and Uffenheim there could such a model be seen in 1/4 scale. Another Löwe exists in 1/6 scale. Both are scratch builds.
kind regards
Gerhard

I have a Maus in 1/10 scale (55kg) and most everything I need to build an E100 including the tracks. I can't imagine how ungainly
either would be in 1/6 or worse- 1/4 scale.

Just driving my Armortek King Tiger out of my back door is a challenge and when I install the mud guards I won't be able to fit it..

Hi Jerry,

dimensions and weight of large models are not uncommon for some of us. E.g. existing 1/4 scale tank models are beasts weighing between 260 and more than 600 kgs, with all the difficulties in handling for their owners. A group in Germany once planned a king tiger in 1/3 scale at about 1.000 kgs with a 130 hp bike motor for hydraulic driving. 3 hulls were built, then the project was stopped. I have pics a comrade sitting in the open hull........
kind regards
Gerhard

This will be fun! Will the poll contain a list of candidates or will it be essentially a modeler's wish list?

Just tried to have a look at the survey but the link doesn't seem to be working.
