I think a universal carrier would be a great addition to the Kompact line as it would make a great starter model to attract new clients as it would be less pricey and less intimidating for those who are hesitant to make the leap to the larger models.
Also would love to see

Don't forget that there's a physical size limitation imposed by the size of batteries, motors and option packs. We all know Mark is a miracle-worker, but even he needs some space to work with ... therefore, with regret, I suspect a Universal Carrier is just too small to make. I'd love to be proved wrong, though !

Surely there’s nothing in 1/6 scale that’s too small to rc’d!

With the introduction of the Kompact Kit range, I don't see any reason why AT cannot produce a static Carrier kit. Apart from the running gear, the rest of it is mainly interestingly bent sheets of thin steel, so that's all laser cut and won't take up any time on the machines.

I'm sure Mark could design it with an eye to it being powered, even if AT themselves don't take the plunge and provide propulsion etc.

Adrian.

There are 1/8 scale RC univereal carriers built in Germany I don't see why a 1/6 scale version couldn't be made

I am very privileged to say that I now own the bren gun carrier featured in the video. This was constructed by Graham Ayris unfortunately he has decided to cease making any further models.

How about this one... model already built and stored at the Tank Museum, a great base to copy. I think I may have the original RE Pamphlets for the Churchill mounted SBG...if not I have very good contacts at the RE Museum who will be able to get me copies!
