Can anyone put me right on this? What colour would you paint an armorpak periscope (the glass bit)?
Just would like some advice.
Thanks

Hi Richie,

What about useing some of that stick on mirror stuff, I think B&Q do it on a roll, failing that paint it black.

Hi Richie,
I've not seen an Armorpak periscope in the flesh, but would it be possible to remove the glass with a dremel and replace it with perspex backed with the mirror finish mentioned earlier.
I don't know how practible it is,but it was just a thought.

Hi Richie,

Sorry for being late with a reply, hope I am not to late...

If I were you I would paint the bakelite areas dark brown and just polish the prism (glass) area and add some glossy varnish there.

Cheers
Kent
