Tiger 1 track should these be round

Hi all HAPPY NEW YEAR
Should the bits circled be filed round.
Maybe this is why my tiger dose not run very well.

Im Afraid that they should be round. Yes you will have to do all the tracks. 4sided file is best. one of the early Tigers
