Weathering the Bergepanther with a new technique that I have been developing recently, it's very satisfying and reasonably quick as it only takes a long time instead of a very long time!

Just in case you guys think I have been slacking with the Bergepanther, heres a few pics of the milliput weld details, my salivary glans have not yet recovered! Only those who have ever applied milliput will understand the the glands remark!
Once the weather stabilises I will shoot some video of the new smoker system whilst pulling under load, one with the winch and Tiger1 and the other a straight forward pull of the Tiger1 using heavy recovery arms cheers Phil

Absolutely brilliant work. I am almost convinced that we are seeing photos of the full sized machine.

A short video of the Bergepanther towing the old Tiger1 with the new smoker prototype, its a shame its always windy as this spoils the effect, I will have to shoot some more on a still day.
when you see the Berge pulling the Tiger at speed it looks a bit jerky as i had to slow it right down but the sound is cool, lots of clanking and squeaking. I best post the video in the thread "to much smoke" also regards Phil.

Test test testing! That's better but not like lighting! I can live with it.

Great pictures Arkwright

Sorry Phil, just couldn't resist. Some very realistic photos there mate, I had to look twice at a couple of them. The smoke is very good too, not too much.

Got a few days off so I am catching up on the forum and engine building. :D

Phil,
I like the black n white pix of the BP towing the smoking Tiger. Really great weathering and effects. The buildings in background are "scale". Nicely done!

Hi Robert, thanks for the encouraging words! The building are mainly sheds its the angle that I get that gives the illusion that they are maybe full size buildings, it's amazing what you can do with what you have. I am trying to encourage others to get out with thier models and snap away, there's always the delete / edit buttons to sort them out, you dont even need a posh camera these days....a mobiles more than adequate , maybe even to good for period photos regards Phil.
