Amazing work. Until I saw you holding a section I was convinced you had genuine full size track links. Excellent.

Superb work
How do you get such good mottled effects ? Is it with a sponge ?
Adrian.

Re: Panzer IV Ausf.J
I have now painted the precursor of the unit canister. Which is very rare. At the beginning of the war still quite often, later almost not at all anymore, it was then replaced by the unit container X - today known as "canister".

Re: Panzer IV Ausf.J
Heiko, coming from Simon, an acknowledged master of the paint brush, that is a real compliment. I'm really enjoying all your posts, your model is one of the best on the Forum, the attention to detail and the finish is breathtaking and of the highest quality. It's a pity in a way that there is so little interchange between the plastic kit world and our one sixth scale. I think each side has a lot to learn from each other. I went to a Mig Jimenez workshop a while back and learnt a lot but there is equally good work here. Thanks for posting.
