You can imagine the exchange on the intercom:
Comd: "Driver advance, straight up, see that bit of hill..".
Driver (to himself): "F......ing officers...."
Operator to Comd: "Looks OK my side".
Comd: (to himself): "Bloody good job he can't see my side"
Comd to Dvr: "Driver halt, DRIVER HALT, DRIVER..........
- oh never mind"
