Nice pictures Peter. We don't get to see them out in the wild very often.
That dotty paint job works really well, especially for such a blocky lump as the SturmTiger.

These photos show just how effective these paint schemes can be. Another example of how these models can educate and elucidate about how the full size machines work in their environment. On another part of the forum, Chris Hall's Mark IV 'Leisel' with its bright colours fades into the background under the dappling of the leaves in his garden, where as my British Tank stands out, but on the gravel of the drive the reverse is the case.

Jap. I always wondered why they used "yellow" as base colour with green and brown, till I saw my KT in sunlight in the undergroth for the first time..... blended perfectly in with the background and the sunbeams....
