I recently noticed that my right track (looking fro the front), is wearing more on the inside of the sprocket than the outside. anyone have anything similar ?

I had the original one piece cast sprockets on my tiger and one was slightly oval, this was only a problem when you went in reverse, but it also created an uneven wear pattern.

This was rectified by fitting the new two part sprockets bought from Gill. If I remember correctly, Vince did a lot of work with you on your tiger and I presume he will have fitted his sprockets, so this might not be the issue.

if it was a car, you would say it was toeing out. Which points to more pressure being applied to the inner side of the track and not the outer.

To slow down the wear you could try swapping the tracks. If they are original tracks, they are wearing well for 12 years old.

Provided that the road wheels are positioned properly with the torsion bars all the way home in their holes etc, you may want to adjust the position of the sprocket on its axle slightly.
