It does look good in situ, if I do say so myself :oops: , and I'm glad the shortened end allows a nice shadow line between the gun and barrel.

Now I did not expect the Mark IV to be the best in Snow. The Quad found wheel spin to be a major problem, does any one know how to produce a dif lock? Other tracks clogged badly, but the Mark IV serenely packed the snow down and marched on! The only drawback is that it is painfully slow, as fingers freeze on the sticks on its slow progress back home.

Another surface fails to stop the (slow) progress of the Mark IV, so far pea shingle is it's only weakness :-). No snow in Kent to run mine out in but great to see this 'field test'.

I never doubted it - nothing stops a Mark IV ! Nice one.

I just hope that I'll get a chance to prove it myself soon .....
