It took Mark about 20 minutes to programme that part, the clip you can see is only part of that particular operation which in total took 4 minutes per part.

Quite a lot of coolant being squirted around...
I'm interested to know if Mark has to know which operations the machine can handle, or whether the CAM software knows out which ones the machine can manage ?

Adrian.
Mark chooses, he does not use CAM software but programmes each machine using G code.
