Hi Jeff,

I wonder what the future projects maybe? Repairing an early pattern luftwaffe flying helmet or a Napoleonic french cuirassier helmet? Maybe anther steam engine? 8)

Hi Paul good to hear from you, you are not to far off, I have just finished an 1844 pattern shako to the Rifle Brigade, and just starting a 1/35th scale scratch-built CSS Alabama, its about 7 1/2 foot long

Hi Jeff,

Now there's a coincidence! I was recently offered a Royal Westmoreland Militia Victorian Officer’s "Albert" pattern shako circa 1844-55 by coldstream military antiques. I want to pay his price tag and didn't have anything he wanted as a trade.

Wow, the 1/35th scale scratch-built CSS Alabama is going to keep you busy. Tim Bowman has done a great job on his HMS Scorpion.

Hi Yves, the 222 was a good model to work on, I have never owned a 251
