Hello and welcome to the Forum Armortek.
I've got to appreciate your work on other sites, and I'm sure will come out a great job!
I know that was probably just an oversight, but the mufflers were mounted on the other hand ...
Good luck and see you soon!
Ciao,
Iacopo.

HI Men

on it goes with the Strahlabweiser before leaders dome to only a few original images of the bullet deflector.

To couple the Commander to better protect against fire, a Strahlabweiser was welded dome on the roof structure before the Comander. This change was introduced in October 1943 by the company Alkett, and was conducted from February 1944 to all assault guns. For vehicles that could not benefit from this change, was instructed that it was to provide an additional dome armor made of reinforced concrete during the Great repair work.

Hello Men
today I have to the care of the all-round fire the MG came out here
Here a short videoRundumfeuer MG

As always, information about it is interested.
in the conference with Hitler on 16/17 December 1943, the first presented obscured-to-use full-MG took fire for mounting on the chariot, the full approval of Hitler. It was immediately put as much as possible the troops available, and its installation at least in all the assault guns and tank destroyers have no MG to lead in the way.
On 3 Arpril 1944 it was reported that the all-round fire MG (Daimler-Benz) was with 27 pieces in the attempt troops at the front. The first report arrived spoke a budget of about. The MG Lafettierung was designed so that it was mounted on the tower or building rooftop, but the operation could be carried out from inside the vehicle. It was ordered a periscope be used because of the insight Gunner ca.50cm was below the weapon. The periscope had a 3-fold magnification and a field of view of 8 degrees due to the installation was a change to the hinge assembly of the loading hatch gunner. The hatch cover halves opened now after the vehicle sides

Heiko, your posts detailing the building of your Stug, interspaced with the Historical background and live actual photos are excellent and remind me of the high standard on the Centurian build thread, Please continue to keep us updated, do not worry about translation errors as the quality speaks for its self. I really like the rolled armour effect that you have got on the Stug.

Thanks Martin

Hmm, it looks like semi detailling. The connecting pipes need to be angled to the wheel dish, too and have welds around it. Further the hex bolts are too big and have no lock plates. The oiler in the center cap is also missing.
