Having listened to all the many different views we felt that this medium tank would appeal both to existing customers as an addition to their collection and to new customers taking their first step into the hobby. The model will feature the Panzer 111 ausf L and is based upon the running vehicle at the Bovington tank museum. Once again we have improved upon construction and detail and are confident that this will be our best model to date. The lighter tank will be easier to handle and will offer lively cross country performance and excellent endurance. All of the German armour so far produced by Armortek has quickly sold out and we expect this this limited production run to sell quickly.

Another great choice of kit, Loads of versions to choose from and the option of a stug in the future !
Not to sure about its ability to climb 100% gradients though.

A 100% gradient is a slope where the distance traveled horizontally and the distance traveled vertically are equal,i.e. the vertical is 100% of the horizontal. Perhaps We should have said a 45degree climb or a 1 in 1 hill. Any way you measure it, its pretty steep.

Thanks for the explanation. I now understand what you ment by 100% gradient, I thought it was a missprint (verticle).

Excellent choice and it is a bit smaller indeed .
Reading the introduction on the home page, you might get the impression that the model is a bit off-scale. I mean that with a length of 1902 mm. (excluding barrel) it must be one of those famous German prototypes (or a missprint of course). You know how I love the small print

Makes sence since it will use some of the Pz IV parts.
Maybe Armortek will make a few extra parts so the 20 PzIVs can be upgraded in detail.

Thats a great addition for our hobby, well done. As expected another first class kit to add to the growing panzer divisions. Gill, you dont have to answer that part of my email you were going to respond to.

I'm glad that Mark and Gill are doing the panzer III next Instead of a re-run of the panzer IV . As I believe the torsion bar suspension will give better travel and handling out in the field . Dale
