Hi Kent, many thank's for your kind and helpful comment's and the link of the sprocket's as they looked in WW2, it's nice that yourself and others are showing an interest in what i am doing.
As for the brass tab's they are a bit short to bend up like the road wheel's (will have another look to try and see if i can bend them up)

Update, Fitted the armor segments.
Drilled new fixing to take the Armor segment so there are three fixing's in total per side, didn't like the idea of one visible fixing so they are all going to be hidden.

Hi all can anybody help with any info on the starter handle bracket, measurement's or reference drawing's etc would be much appreciated.

''FINALLY''
Finished assembling the wheel's, Yippie! Went the extra mile and made extra tab's for the back of the wheels, I needed to make some more out of sardine tin's as there was not enough to do the back, can't see the difference, so really pleased.
Shortened all the bolt's for the wheel's, then assembled to the hub's with new nut's and bolt's re coated with etch primer all ready for the base coat

Dear Roger

Really nice work! Congrats! My name is Peter from Switzerland and I am slowly but constantly working on my KT 32 / 2013. Because my English is not perfect I have to read everything several times to be sure not to make any mistakes. I am now at a point where you already past and have a smal problem depending the sprocket rings to you. In the KT manual on page 24 is written: "One tooth on each (sprocket) ring has a small dot machined on it. The tooth with the dot must be fitted to the same hole on the sprocket centre each side."
My problem: I can see the dot on the Illustration in the manual, but there is not one dot visible on the real sprocket ring. Does it really mather if the dots are not in the same hole on the sprocket centre? I guess important is that the teeth are aligned. Your opinion would be appreciated! Thank you for your answer.

Hi Peter,
Many thank's for you kind remark's, as for this dot like you said i could not find it either, so like what you said make sure the teeth are lined up.
One side i put a couple of fasteners in and then put the other side on loose then I used a flat surface and loosely put the other side on and rotated till holes and teeth line up and don't rock on the flat surface, you might need a small round file or a drill because all the hole don't line up, oh and i made up a piece of the track just to make sure everything lines up nicely, and make sure the sprocket ring's are put on the right way.

P.S. This is what i have done not saying it's the right way in every bodies eyes, but it's worked for me

UPDATE
We managed to install all electronics (motors, speed control, speakers etc), we put the tracks on and gave the tank a dry run before we went any further with making it.

We have been making some progress over the summer season but not much, have been concentrating on the rear deck, made it so it can be removed easily so as to make accessing easy,so here are some photo's on our progress
It has all been etched primed before assembly on the surfaces which you cant get at once assembled
then re primed once assemble.

Managed to fit one of Mike Stannard's Arial Base, which Gary Sullivan kindly let me have. :D
Next job fake welds :evil:

Progress Update
Working on the rear fender's, adding detail rivet's etc, the hinge material angle and slide locking bars was supplied compliment's of Steve Winstone,
Many thank's to Steve for supplying these part's
One side complete and etched prime ready for base coat, just need to do the same to the other side,really pleased with the way they are looking

Update on panier sides and detail part's bracket's tool's and hub's etc.
Hub's Etched primed, tab's made from brass and 10ba bolt's added
Tool's made of mild steel and blued ready for weathering
Tow rope bracket's and fender bracket's all fitted
Bracket's fabricated from mild steel, ready for fake weld's cant wait my favorite :evil:
