Panzer III variant - Beobachtungspanzer

Hi Guys,
In the latest issue of AFV magazine, Sep/Oct issue, is a variant of the Panzer III which I have not seen before, a Beobachtungspanzer! It is an early model Panzer III which has been converted to an artillery observer, it's main gun has been swapped for a MG34, with a dummy main gun where the MG was. Good ideas for colour schemes and weathering as well.
