Hi Guys

Thought this might interest some of you. I had been trying to figure out a way to make the rifling for barrel for a long time, my thanks goes to Stephen White who gave me the idea when he painstakingly machined the rifling.

I have used pictures to show how it is done to save a lot of text explanations.

The annealing of metal is a good way to reduce spring back on brass rods and strips.

Very Interesting mike, thanks

Hi Mike,

Thanks for showing the process of making of rifle plug.
It is a painstaking work, and is a beautiful product!

I think every tank model should have it in its gun tube.

With best regards,

Lerh Chang :D
