No...at that point of the war, anything is possible. But if I was to do an Ausf F, I would at least have some, if not all, late steel wheels. Would just complete the late war look of an F.

Was actually going to rebuild and paint my Panther with steel wheels as a 1 SS, Ardennes Panther. But now it has found a new home. So, Tiger II will have to do.

Hope someone does one of these. I think Simon's Panther paint job would be perfect for this turret painted to match.

WOW! what a great part to have or build a complete panther "F" with night vision, steel wheels would be a must have add on aswell, i think i will speculate an extra £2 on the lottery tonight, fingers crossed, regards simon.

I bet this is what yours would look like.

Only a small amount were ever made, and I don't believe any saw combat, but if you want to go down that fantasy-road, there were some that were to be built using the standard, "G" hull with dish-type bogies.

On Schmalturm used on Pz 4 and Panther, I firmly beleive the Pz 4 used a 7.5 cm and the Panther a longer 8.8 cm ??

Hi. If I could throw my 2 cents in. The existing schmalturm all had 75mm guns, but there were plans to later up-grade to an 88mm, which never happened before the war ended.
