Hi all

How much space in cm should there be from floor to the JP hull

Have a slight feeling that the roadwheels suspension are a little to weak positioned on my JagdPanther

Hi again,

it depends how big the difference between target/actual-comparison is. I don`t know if the first and last torsionbars are thicker, than the middle torsion bars, what I prefer in my own construction. If the difference isn`t to much, you could try to change the angle only on the first and last two roadwheels each side.

Hi,
I measured the space between floor to hull bottom and it is only 5cm, which means that I need to go through some seriously bench work.

As I have not build this model myself, I have a question to the jagdpanther and how to remove the upper hull. Is it bolted from the inside and where do i need to remove bolts to be able to remove the upper hull so that i can get to the front torsionbars adjustments

Thanks for helping out

Cheers
Steen

Hello Steen

COntact Armortek. They might send a manual out. The top and rear decks are fitted with M3 screws and nuts. To addust the suspension you will have to strip the whole interior out. Tracks and wheels off. Not an afternoon job.

Hello Steed

I dont know where Bodo has got the 93mm from but that is too high. In my exsperiance the Panther family runs at around the 60mm to 70mm hieght. That is what these models settle down to. This includes the old single and the new twin torsion bar systems.
