Hi Guys,

I have been looking through the site to find some pictures of the newer Late Tiger adjustable suspension. Can anyone point me in the right direction, or have some piccies I could see.

Many thanks,

Sarah

Hi Sarah

Here is an illustration and some words from the instructions

"The torsion bars are provided with clamping flats ground on them. There will be some variation from one assembly to another. Begin by building each axle, suspension arm and suspension shaft sub assembly as shown in the drawing. Do not use adhesive at this stage. Push the greased ‘o’ ring into place in the cavity between each suspension bar and hull side at each bearing position. Ensure that the shakeproof washers are fitted behind the fixed ends in the suspension bar counterbores. Fit a torsion bar to the suspension shaft and slide each assembly through its bearing and engage to the fixed end (temporarily fitted in pack 1), on the opposite side of the hull. Secure the grub screws down onto the flats on the torsion bars. Set the suspension arm to hang down at about 35 degrees, and tighten the M6 screw through the opposite hull side, very firmly. Check that everything is as it should be, before applying adhesive to the threads on the shafts and axles where they screw into the suspension arms."
